1.1. You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order. 1.2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 1.3. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@predatorknives.co with your order details. 1.4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

2. Refunds

2.1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 2.2. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. 2.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges

3.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. 3.2. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@predatorknives.co and provide photos of the damaged or defective item. 3.3. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

4.1. Customized or engraved products are non-returnable. 4.2. Items that have been used, modified, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for returns.
